I'm a relational, warm, and curious therapist who believes healing happens in connection with others. I bring humor, directness, and a genuine presence into the room, because I want you to feel safe enough to be fully yourself here — uncertainty and all.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years as a nurse, working with pediatric and adult oncology patients and their families. That work taught me how to sit with people in the most tender, high-stakes moments of their lives. It's where I first learned that presence itself can be a form of care, and that lesson has followed me directly into this work.

Becoming a parent changed me in ways I didn't expect. It cracked me open, humbled me, and gave me a felt sense of the tenderness and identity shifts that come with caring for another person.

Outside the therapy room, you'll usually find me with my hands in clay. Ceramics has become a place where I get to be a beginner again — patient with imperfection, curious about the process, and unattached to the outcome. It mirrors so much of what I hope therapy can be.
